DOUBLE SUSPENSION FREE CENTRE TYPE-ROD ARCING HORN LINE SIDE- WITH ARMOUR ROD

MMPT have created an identifiable position in the market by manufacturing and supplying superior quality Suspension Hardware.
Double Suspension Hardware Fittings are installed where double strings of insulators are being used.
The main purpose of this hardware is to hang the conductor/cable to the insulator. The clamps help to link all other fittings and accessories to the tower arms. It promotes safety of the conductor/cable and people by preventing voltage leakage. It enchance the stability of the conductor by limiting their movement, especially against a strong wind, storms and other natural calamities.

Free centre suspension clamp are the clamps in which bolt/locking arrangements are in the bottom part of the clamp.

Armor rods are designed to protect cables from bending, compression, abrasion and flash-over. it can also be used in repairing damaged aluminium-based conductors and restore the mechanical strength of the conductor and conductivity of the conductor. The raw materials of the armor rod are aluminium wire, galvanized steel wire, and aluminium clad steel wire. The armour rod material should be similar to the conductor surface material, avoiding corrosion between different elements.

Arcing horns (Rod Type)are projecting conductors used to protect insulators or switch hardware on high voltage electric power transmission systems from damage during lightning strikes and other overvoltage phenomena.
Arcing horns provide a path for flashover to occur that bypasses the surface of the protected device. Horns are normally paired on either side of an insulator, one connected to the high voltage part and the other to ground, or at the breaking point of a switch contact.

MMPT suspension hardware can be custom manufactured with different wire numbers, a wide range of cable sizes, wire raw material.
